Dreadlock services, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get to reschedule your appointment is to submit an exchange request for an appointment date that has not passed a 72 hour window from the service date, and once the exchange is accepted under this policy, make a separate purchase for the new item or service with store credit which will be awarded to the customer with a virtual gift card.
